  1. Describe racial and ethnic disparities in coronary, vascular, structural, and congenital heart disease 
  2. Review causes for disparities in coronary, vascular, structural, and congenital heart disease 
  3. Evaluate their practice for disparities in care  
  4. Apply this information to ensure that the evaluation and treatment of diverse patients addresses disparities and improves outcomes
