Gagan D. Singh M.D. is an assistant professor and board-certified interventional cardiologist at the University of California Davis Medical Center (UCDMC) in Sacramento California. Dr. Singh is widely published and has served as invited faculty at national meetings. His current clinical and research focus is the treatment of adult structural heart disease using minimally invasive transcatheter techniques. He has helped develop national and international programs for interventional cardiologist seeking training in targeted transseptal puncture, transcatheter mitral valve repair and valve-in-valve/ring/MAC replacement, and left atrial appendage closure. He has participated in > 200 MitraClip and > 100 Watchman procedures and is intimately involved in the development, testing, and dissemination of the next generation of transcatheter devices for symptomatic valve disease.
