M Chadi Alraies, MD MPH, received his medical degree from the School of Medicine, the University of Aleppo in Syria. He completed an internship and residency at Case Western University / St Vincent Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He worked at Cleveland Clinic and published several papers related in peer-reviewed journals related to pericardial disease. He completed a cardiovascular medicine fellowship at the University of Minnesota, where he also received his Master of Public Health. He completed his interventional cardiology training at Wayne State University / Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Dr. Alraies clinical and research interest is focused on coronary artery disease outcomes, complex coronary interventions, mechanical circulatory support, large bore vascular access, endovascular interventions, and medical education. Similarly, he has tremendous interest and experience in education, digital, and social media as learning tools for physicians.
