Position Statement

The emergence of transcatheter pulmonic valve implantation as an alternative to traditional surgical therapy for valvular diseases has been facilitated by innovative devices, rapidly developing techniques, and careful patient selection. This statement aims to outline criteria for operator and institutional requirements that will enable institutions and providers to participate responsibly in this new and rapidly developing field.
