As Manager of Grant Development and Outcome Reporting, Robert works to identify opportunities for new educational products and programming in interventional cardiology as informed by emerging research and current clinical practice guidelines. He collaborates with physician leaders, industry partners, and other stakeholders to execute the production, dissemination, and quality improvement of SCAI products and programs. In this role, he also tracks appropriate metrics to produce actionable outcome reports for our stakeholders based on engagement analytics and client evaluation data.
Robert has diverse experience spanning work in healthcare research, public health practice, and medical education. He began his career working on healthcare quality improvement initiatives at the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene. Robert then transitioned to medical education in cardiology, serving as the primary CME program manager at Cardiovascular Research Foundation. Prior to joining SCAI, Robert did research on social disparities in healthcare utilization as part of his doctoral work at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. His work has been presented at the annual meetings of the American Public Health Association, Academy Health, and the New England Science Symposium.
Robert holds an MPH and a BS in public health from Montclair State University, and a graduate diploma in population health informatics from the CUNY School of Public Health. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing piano, and visiting new restaurants and craft breweries.
