Dr. Khera currently serves as the interventional director of the structural heart program at Mount Sinai Hospital. In addition, he serves as core faculty and associate director for the structural heart disease fellowship program, and director of the ADS inpatient telemetry service. He is actively involved in cardiovascular outcomes research, especially in the field of coronary artery disease and transcatheter valve therapies. Dr. Khera is actively involved in multiple coronary and structural heart clinical trials. He has authored/co-authored more than 130 peer-reviewed manuscripts and has presented at various local, national, and international meetings. He also serves as a peer reviewer for >30 medical journals. He has proctored nationally and internationally and continues to train physicians in transcatheter valve implantation techniques and building operational efficiency.
