Single Day Conference Registration includes: refreshment breaks, programming over meals (please sign up in advance, space is limited), educational sessions, poster sessions, exhibit hall, Presidents’ welcome reception, awards ceremony, annual celebration and access to meeting recordings and slides.
Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to SCAI via email by April 1, 2023. Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2023 are entitled to a full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee, per registrant. Cancellations must be made to Registrants@scai.org, telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted for no shows or cancellations made after April 1, 2023. Refunds will be processed no later than 5 weeks after the meeting.
Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. The substitute attendee must be from the same institution as the prior registered attendee. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to the SCAI in writing to Registrants@scai.org.
You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard or Visa. If you are unable to complete your online registration in one session and do not provide credit card payment, you will receive an email notice with a link to complete your registration.
By registering for the SCAI 2023 Scientific Sessions, you consent to the following age limit policy: All registrants, including guests, must be at least 16 years of age. This policy applies to educational sessions, the exhibit hall, and networking/social events.
