Miami Metro

Airport Information 

The closest airport to the Hyatt Regency Miami is Miami International Airport (MIA). It is located approximately 9 miles from the hotel.

Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is located approximately 29 miles from the hotel.  

MIA to Hotels 

SCAI and the Hyatt Regency Miami do not offer a shuttle service to and from MIA, however, there are other transportation options listed below. 

Taxis: the hotel is about a 12-minute taxi ride from MIA to the Hyatt Regency Miami (fare to hotel: $15–20).  

Ride-Share Apps: drivers (Uber, Lyft) will pick up on the Arrivals Level (1) at the middle median outside of doors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 15, 20 and 23. 

METRORAIL: Miami’s Metrorail transit system runs to and from MIA. From MIA, you will board the MIA Mover from the Lower-Level Ramp you will exit at the Airport Station stop. You will then walk to the Metrorail Miami Airport station and take the Miami International Airport Station Southbound rail to the Government Center Station. From the Government Center Station, it is about a 15-minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Miami. Metrorail fare is $2.25 and operates 5:00 a.m. to midnight seven days a week. To ride, you will need an EASY Card or EASY Ticket as the fare gates do not accept cash. You can visit the website for maps and bus schedules.  

Metromover: Miami's Metromover system is a free elevated people mover that operates seven days a week. Visit the Miami-Dade County website for a map of the service. 

FLL to Hotels 

SCAI and the Hyatt Regency Miami do not offer shuttle service to and from FLL, however, there are other transportation options listed below. 

Taxis: the hotels are a 30-minute taxi ride from FLL (fare to hotel: $65–80).  

Ride-Share Apps: drivers (Uber, Lyft) will pick up at designated areas for Lyft and Uber are on the lower level (Arrival Level) ONLY. Look for the “Commercial Passenger Vehicles Only” signs at curbside, which are located between terminals on the outer most curb 

Parking

Hyatt Regency Miami

The hotel offers valet parking with in/out privileges as well as garage self-parking. Self-parking is payable by cash or credit card and does not include in/out privileges.
