SCAI provides a range of in-person and virtual opportunities to collaborate, network, learn, and grow professionally.
Resources to help practicing clinicians optimize patient care
Featuring resources for interventional cardiologists, curated by our Clinical Interest Councils, including the latest news and literature, journal scans, image reviews, and complex cases. Everything you need to succeed and deliver top-notch care to improve the patient experience.
SCAI Clinical Documents and JSCAI, the official journal of the society
JSCAI is a peer-reviewed, international, Gold Open Access journal covering the broad field of cardiovascular diseases.
The journal publishes original research, editorials, study designs, reviews, meta-analyses, research letters, and imaging and case reports that spotlight techniques and innovation in interventional cardiology.
Published in JSCAI, SCAI's Clinical Documents are evidence-based recommendations that promote optimal patient care based on current state-of-the-art science in interventional cardiology.
Representing the interests of invasive & interventional cardiologists
SCAI actively represents its members at state and federal levels, maintaining regular contact with congressional leaders and key administration officials, tracking critical legislative matters as well as public and private payer issues concerning coverage, coding, and reimbursement. We build coalitions while coordinating action on behalf of our members and their patients.
Bringing invasive & interventional cardiologists together
With more than 4,000 members across more than 75 countries, ambassadors in six countries, and a host of international partners and events, SCAI leads the global interventional cardiovascular community through education, advocacy, research, and quality patient care. Joining SCAI as an international member makes you part of a trusted global community that connects you with other forward-thinking interventional cardiology professionals.
