SCAI offers two packages to choose from to co-provide your meeting or program.
Prices and benefits are listed below:
Platinum Co-Providership ($10,000/program)
- Link to your organization's website in the SCAI co-provided programs section of the SCAI website and the calendar of events.
- Use of SCAI logo in all program and marketing materials. Your organization's logo appears on all program materials along with the SCAI logo.
- Program listing in SCAI This Week eBrief calendar.
- Acknowledgment and event posting on the SCAI Facebook page.
- An email blast to be sent to SCAI membership on behalf of your organization.
Standard Co-Providership ($5,000/program)
- Link to your organization's website in the SCAI co-provided programs section of the SCAI website and the calendar of events.
- Use of SCAI logo in all program and marketing materials, Your organization's logo appears on all program materials along with the SCAI logo.
- Program listing in SCAI This Week eBrief calendar.
- Acknowledgment and event posting on the SCAI Facebook page.
Application Process
- Review the two co-providership options and choose the best option for your organization.
- Complete the co-providership application.
- SCAI receives your submission and puts it through SCAI's Educational Committee for review.
- SCAI provides the submitter with the Education Committee's decision and next steps.
Considerations Before Applying
SCAI is unable to endorse competing programs that occur within 30 days of our annual meetings including Scientific Sessions, SHOCK, and Fellows Courses.
SCAI is pleased to accept co-providership applications for events that fall between the dates listed below:
- June 20, 2024 to April 1, 2025
SCAI cannot process new co-provider applications during the timeframes listed below:
- December 24, 2024 to January 1, 2025
SCAI must approve your application and receive full payment BEFORE you make mention of SCAI's co-providership or use SCAI's logo for promotional materials either in print or online.
If you would like your brochure to be distributed at SCAI's Annual Meeting, please apply in January. If you would like your brochure to be distributed at SCAI Fellows Courses, please apply in July.
