Aditya Bharadwaj, MBBS, FSCAI | SCAI

Dr. Aditya Bharadwaj is the Director of Complex Coronary Interventions and Associate Program Director of Interventional Cardiology fellowship at Loma Linda University. After completion of his interventional training at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York in 2016 he started work as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and was promoted to Associate Professor in 4 years. Over the last 6 years, he has established himself as an early career leader in the field of complex coronary interventions and cardiogenic shock. He is actively involved in several key clinical trials being a high enroller and taking on a leadership role at a national level. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles pertaining to cardiogenic shock, high-risk coronary intervention, and coronary artery disease in cancer, with collaborations from around the world. As a clinician and educator, he has been instrumental in setting up a multidisciplinary shock program at his institution and educating other hospital systems around the country regarding the same. In addition to having performed live complex coronary cases, he is an invited faculty and speaker at several national and international meetings. He is also the recipient of the 2019 CRT Young Leaders Recognition Award and a 2020 American College of Cardiology California Chapter Future Leader Award.
