SCAI, in coalition with the Tobacco-Free Kids campaign, has written to express our support for H.R. 4775, the Helping Tobacco Users Quit Act. The legislation would allow all Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) enrollees to access the full array of evidence-based tobacco cessation treatments, including all Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved medications.
