Dr. Villablanca is an Interventional Structural Heart Cardiologist. Born and raised in Chile, he was inspired by his father, Salvador, who was also an Interventional Cardiologist to adventure in this wonderful world of transcatheter therapies to help patients. He is currently at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, serving as the Program Director for the Structural Heart Fellowship. His clinical interests are complex, high-risk cases, mechanical support in valvular and alternative access. He also enjoys teaching and attending journal clubs/lectures with a good meal and wine.
