SCAI has submitted comments on the 2025 Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) proposed rule. SCAI's comments focused specifically on direct supervision of cardiac rehabilitation, new technology APCs, cardiac CT services payment, and coronary lithotripsy payment. The final rule should be released in November.
