Share Your Examples of Onerous or Unusual Noncompete Agreements | SCAI

At the end of April, the FTC issued a final ruling that banned noncompete agreements for most professions in the United States. While this ruling is being challenged in the courts, SCAI is also looking at legislative solutions to this problem by talking to Congressional offices to support the Workforce Mobility Act (HR.731/ S.220). If you have personally had onerous or unusual noncompete agreements placed on you while you have worked as an interventional cardiologist, we want to hear your story. We will use them anonymously when discussing these stories with Congressional offices but would like copies of the actual contract provision of the noncompete agreement to ensure we are providing correct information. Please send your information to either Curtis Rooney or Denys Emmert.
