Total Iliocaval Occlusion and Reconstruction

Complete chronic occlusion of the infra-cardiac IVC is uncommon. In order to treat this anatomy, the interventionalist needs to be aware of not only necessary crossing techniques but also the various causes that may complicate the interventional outcome.
