Zoran Lasic, MD is Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Jamaica, New York and Associate Program Director of Interventional Cardiology at NSLIJ Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, New York. His clinical and research interests include complex coronary and peripheral vascular interventions, transradial intervention and interventional therapies of acute coronary syndromes and myocardial infarction in hospitals with and without on-site cardiac surgery. Dr. Lasic completed medical and postgraduate studies at the University of Zagreb Medical School, Croatia. He completed his training in internal medicine and fellowships in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular disease at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. He also worked as Clinical Trial Project Manager at Cardiovascular Research Foundation (New York, NY). He has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology, by the National Board of Echocardiography, by the Certification Board Of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, and by the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology, and has been elected fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society of Cardiac Angiography and Intervention (SCAI).
