The Accelerating Kids' Access to Care Act makes it easier for children to access vital care by making it easier for them to receive care from interventional cardiologists, physicians, and other healthcare providers outside of their home state. H.R. 4758/S. 2372 seeks to simplify the Medicaid out-of-state provider enrollment process and allows them to see a physician outside their home state where one might not be available.
