Laura J. Davidson, MD, MS, FSCAI | SCAI

Dr. Laura Davidson is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Northwestern University.  She serves as the Associate Program Director of the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program and the Assistant Director of the Coronary Care Unit at Northwestern. Her clinical interests are in transcatheter aortic valve replacement, transcatheter tricuspid valve therapies, complex coronary artery disease, and critical care. She is a co-investigator on multiple clinical trials for tricuspid valve disease. Her numerous peer-reviewed publications include research on tricuspid valve disease, STEMI in the COVID-19 era, and a state-of-the-art review on the management of left main coronary artery disease. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology’s Interventional Cardiology Council and a member of SCAI’s Publications Committee. She has a strong interest in medical education and has won multiple teaching awards, including the Division of Cardiology Teaching Award from the Department of Medicine in 2021 and the Division of Cardiology’s Faculty Excellence Award in 2022.
